How We Work?

Below is our process and terms to get your custom project started.

Consultation

Meet to determine the scope of the project and establish your vision

Establish Estimate 

Establish the estimated cost of your project.  We send you a formal written quote outlining the project details and cost.  Once estimate is approved, we send you a DocuSign Agreement.

 Secure Deposit

All Projects require a 70% deposit to secure your custom sign project.

NOTE: No graphic design work will be done prior to collecting the deposit and or full payment unless previous arrangements have been made.  Balance due at the completion of the project.  

 Design & Proofing

Our designers create a digital proof of your sign for your approval.

Proof Approval

Once design is approved, we finalize the artwork and prep for printing/fabrication. No cancellation and or refunds are allowed at this stage of the project.

Production & Installation

We craft and install your sign with precision and care.

We schedule the print, production. and installation. We gladly can arrange after hours and weekends for installation. Onsite installation weather delays are possible. Normal scheduling after proof approval is 10-15 business days.
