How We Work?

Below is our process and terms to get your project started.

 WE MEET

Meet to determine the scope of the project and establish your vision

ESTABLISH COST 

Establish the estimated cost of your project.  We send you a formal written quote outlining the project details and cost.  Once estimate is approved we send you a DocuSign Agreement.

 SECURE DEPOSIT

Projects over $3000.00 require a 70% deposit to secure the project.  All other projects require 50% Deposit.

NOTE: No graphic design work will be done prior to collecting the deposit and or full payment unless previous arrangements have been made.  Balance due at the completion of the project.  

 COLLECT AND DEVELOP CONTENT

Collect any logos, images, graphic elements, and color specifications for the design.  Develop print-ready design for approval

PROOF APPROVAL

Once design is approved, we finalize the artwork and prep for printing/fabrication. No cancellation and or refunds are allowed at this stage of the project.

SCHEDULE

We schedule the print, production. and installation. We gladly can arrange after hours and weekends for installation. Onsite installation weather delays are possible. Normal scheduling after proof approval is 10-15 business days.
